Key Focus & Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary technical architect for the entire Document AI workflow.
* Lead the model selection, training strategy, and accuracy roadmap to meet strict production milestones.
* Design the continuous training loops, active learning architectures, and system frameworks.
* Mentor and guide junior AI model developers and engineers on the team.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of architecting and deploying end-to-end AI/ML models into production.
* Strong expertise in computer vision, NLP, or specialized Document AI models.
* Experience with large-scale data workflows and training on private GPU clusters.
* Bachelor’s/Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
