Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment ~ sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Handle grievance management and support employee relations.
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support management with HR reporting and administrative tasks.
- Hiring Cold calling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Latest AI tools, MS Office and HR tools/software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
