Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers via calls to understand requirements and validate leads.
- Conduct virtual product/service demos and drive on-the-spot sales closures.
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions effectively.
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to final closure and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., designers) to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Contributing to Revenue growth by supporting negotiations, preparing Quotations and closing Interior Design deals.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Delivering impactful sales pitches and presentations to showcase interior Design solutions, leading to successful deal closures.
- Analyze sales data and customer interactions to improve conversion rates and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
