About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive student enrollments for our online courses in the United Kingdom and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, leading a team of education consultants, generating revenue, and building strong relationships with prospective students seeking professional and career-focused online learning opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of online courses and certification programs to students and working professionals in the UK and international markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to enrollment closure.
- Conduct sales consultations through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paid enrollments.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Education Counselors/Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions and performance reviews.
- Develop sales strategies and scripts to improve conversion rates.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the enrollment process.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
International Market Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for the UK and international student markets.
- Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and student requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase enrollments.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Track KPIs including lead conversion, enrollment rates, revenue, and team productivity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in EdTech, Education, Online Learning, or International Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Experience selling online courses, certifications, degree programs, or training solutions.
Required Skills

- Experience dealing with UK and international customers.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
