About the Role
Aera Gas Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee – Store & Dispatch to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting store operations, inventory management, material handling, dispatch activities, and maintaining accurate records of stock movement.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in warehouse, inventory, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify them against purchase orders.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Goods Rejection Memos for rejected materials.
- Complete vendor delivery documentation and consignment records.
- Arrange and store materials systematically and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Issue materials as per production department requirements.
- Raise purchase requisitions for replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate dispatch activities and transportation arrangements.
- Ensure proper stock handling and inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area.
- Safeguard store assets, inventory, and equipment.
- Assist in managing daily store operations and related personnel.
