Program Manager – Wellness Programs (Women Candidate Preferred) Location: Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time About Us SPARSH Retreat is a growing wellness organization dedicated to creating meaningful and transformative experiences through retreats, workshops, and corporate wellness programs. Our work focuses on emotional well-being, relationships, mindfulness, holistic health, and personal growth. We are looking for a passionate, organized, and proactive Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of our wellness initiatives while ensuring exceptional participant experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute wellness retreats, workshops, and corporate wellness programs. Manage end-to-end event logistics, timelines, budgets, and operational planning. Coordinate with facilitators, trainers, vendors, venues, and partners. Ensure seamless participant experience before, during, and after each program. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Track program performance, collect feedback, and prepare reports. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance program quality. Support business development and corporate wellness partnerships when required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Program Management, Event Management, Hospitality, Wellness, or Operations. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM or project management tools is an added advantage.
