Job Summary
Beyond Passion Photography is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining our photography services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from potential clients
- Explain photography packages, pricing, and services in a clear and professional manner
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update daily reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
