As we establish our new Ahmedabad office, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to lead Human Resources operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Human Resource Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and HR frameworks.
- Establish and manage end-to-end HR processes, systems, and documentation.
- Build scalable HR practices aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
- Create and maintain employee records, HR reports, and compliance documentation.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across multiple departments.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent in Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
- Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment partnerships.
HR Operations & Payroll
- Oversee attendance management, leave administration, HRIS, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure accurate HR records and operational efficiency.
- Manage employee documentation and statutory requirements.
Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate statutory compliance requirements and audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements and best practices.
- Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and performance improvement.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Leadership & Organizational Development
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership.
- Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Build a positive, high-performance, and employee-centric work environment.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll Coordination, and Compliance.
- Previous experience setting up HR systems, policies, or processes from scratch is highly preferred.
- Experience working in startups, growing businesses, or multi-location organizations will be an advantage.
