Role Overview
As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and delivering customized event solutions across corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and pitch tailored event solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
Attend industry events and expand your professional network
Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM data
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in Event Sales / Hospitality / Advertising
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Existing industry network is a plus
