We are looking for an experienced professional to design and deliver enterprise-grade CRM applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and Microsoft Azure.
Experience: 7+ years
Work Mode: Remote / As per project requirements
Key skills:
✅ Dynamics 365 Customer Service
✅ Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
✅ PCF and Channel Integration Framework—CIF
✅ REST APIs, WebSockets and custom connectors
✅ Azure Functions, App Services and API Management
✅ OAuth 2.0, Azure AD and JWT
✅ Microservices, event-driven architecture and middleware
✅ Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Power Platform ALM
Candidates with experience integrating CRM platforms with telephony or enterprise communication systems will be preferred.
