1. Qualification & Experience
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience : 5 – 8 years in quality assurance/control in plastics or manufacturing industry.
2. Job Purpose :
The Quality Officer will ensure that all tube products meet internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role is important for maintaining product integrity, minimizing defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee quality control processes throughout production.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
- Make specifications for the Jobs and follow for regulatory compliance if required.
- Conduct audits and inspections.
- Analyze quality data and report findings.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Train staff in quality standards and procedures.
4. Skills & Knowledge Required :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Leadership and team management.
- Effective communication and reporting. Understand MS word, excel and Power Point.
- Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., 8D, SPC, FMEA, CAPA).
5. Specialization
· Expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP).
· Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and materials
6. Documentation & Compliance
· Ensure adherence to ISO Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection and testing records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
