Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about Upgrade Academy's courses and programs.
- Understand student learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Resolve student and parent queries professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to achieve admission targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
