The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, B2B clients, retail customers, and vendors. The role requires excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to manage calls, walk-ins, and basic coordination work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:1️ Visitor Management
- Warmly welcome B2B buyers, retailers, and vendors.
- Maintain visitor entry register.
- Inform concerned staff about visitor arrival.
- Offer water/refreshments when required.
2️ Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Transfer calls to concerned department.
- Take proper messages if staff is unavailable.
- Maintain call log record.
3️ WhatsApp & Basic Coordination
- Reply to basic customer inquiries on WhatsApp (price list, catalog sharing).
- Forward serious inquiries to sales team.
- Maintain inquiry record sheet.
4️ Administrative Support
- Handle courier dispatch & inward entries.
- Maintain office cleanliness coordination with housekeeping.
- Manage meeting room bookings.
- Support HR/Admin in documentation work.
5️ Customer Service
- Maintain polite and sweet communication.
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when needed.
- Ensure positive first impression of company.
