About Siddvin RLT
Siddvin RLT is a retail real estate consultancy based in Guwahati with 14+ years of experience across Northeast and East India. We advise landlords, developers and national brands on retail leasing across high streets, malls and commercial buildings, and we have placed brands such as Westside, Zudio, Tanishq, Malabar Gold, Croma and Aditya Birla Group brands across the region. We are a CIRIL member firm.
We are expanding and looking for a Marketing Executive who enjoys being out in the market, meeting people and building relationships — not sitting behind a desk.
About the role
This is a field-based marketing and business development role. You will represent Siddvin RLT in the market — visiting properties, meeting property owners, developers and brand representatives, generating leads for our leasing mandates, and supporting the promotion of the projects we handle.
You do not need a real estate background. You need to be presentable, confident in conversation, willing to travel locally, and serious about learning the retail property business. We will train you on the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Visit commercial properties, high streets, malls and under-construction projects across Guwahati and Northeast India, and maintain a database of available spaces
- Meet property owners, landlords, developers and builders to source new leasing mandates
- Generate and follow up on leads for the properties and projects we represent
- Approach and build relationships with retail brands, franchisees and local businesses looking for space
- Support property presentations, site visits and client meetings alongside senior consultants
- Assist in preparing marketing material — property brochures, proposals, listings and pitch decks
- Coordinate promotion of our properties on listing portals, WhatsApp networks and social media
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, brand meetings, business networking events and industry forums
- Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, leads and follow-ups in our CRM/trackers
- Provide regular market intelligence — new project launches, rental movements, brand expansions, competitor activity
What we are looking for
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA / MBA in Marketing is an advantage, not a requirement)
- 0–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development or field work. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
- Strong communication skills in Assamese, Hindi and English
- Confident, presentable and comfortable meeting senior businesspeople and brand executives
- Willingness to travel daily within Guwahati and occasionally across Northeast India
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business
- Self-driven, organised, and able to follow up persistently without being reminded
Good to have
- Experience in real estate, retail, banking sales, insurance, FMCG or any field-sales role
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and property listing portals
- An existing network among local businesses, builders or retailers in Guwahati
