Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage security controls, system updates, and backup processes.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support ERP systems (MMD3 & CTS) and coordinate closely with the Operations team for seamless functionality.
- Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous infrastructure optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or network administration.
- Strong expertise in computer hardware, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Working knowledge of backup solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, VMware, or equivalent are an added advantage.
