Coordinate with landowners and farmers for obtaining Right of Use (ROU) permissions, Conduct field visits for route alignment verification and land identification, Collect and verify land documents, KYC records, and ownership details, Coordinate with Revenue Department, Talati, Mamlatdar, and Competent Authority offices, Handle landowner queries, objections, and site-related issues, Maintain village-wise records of consent, compensation, and survey details, Support preparation of Panchkyas, consent letters, and land documentation, Coordinate with survey and construction teams for smooth pipeline execution, Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), hindrance reports, Follow up for statutory approvals, notifications, and government permissions, Maintain proper documentation and compliance records for audit purposes, Support project team in resolving field-level and land-related challenges and Ensure smooth communication between company, contractors, and landowners.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
