Key Duties:
- Monitor labour and subcontractors
- Ensure quality of materials and workmanship
- Check work as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain site safety and discipline
- Prepare daily progress reports
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years site experience./
