Job description:
Job Title: CCTV Operator
Monitor CCTV cameras covering both office and warehouse premises.
Continuously observe live footage and identify any suspicious or unusual activities.
Maintain CCTV recordings and retrieve footage whenever required.
Report security incidents, safety concerns, and policy violations to the concerned authorities.
Coordinate with the Admin, HR, and Security teams during investigations.
Ensure all CCTV systems, cameras, and recording devices are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
Prepare daily CCTV monitoring reports and incident logs.
Monitor employee entry/exit, attendance-related concerns, and movement within the premises when required.
Share CCTV footage with management only upon authorized request while maintaining confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar surveillance role.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, and basic computer skills.
Good observation, attention to detail, and reporting skills.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Strong integrity, discretion, and communication skills.
Working Days & Timings:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
