- Experience in project-based manufacturing companies
- Preferably from engineering/manufacturing industry
Special Exposure:
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP
- Manufacturing industry experience (mandatory)
- Ability to work closely with department heads and teams

Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of product costing, standard costing, and cost sheets
- Conduct material, labour, and overhead variance analysis
- Inventory valuation (Raw Material, Work-in-Progress, Finished Goods) and stock reconciliation
- Preparation of MIS reports and cost statements for management
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Monthly and yearly budgeting for COGS and factory overheads
- Handling day-to-day production MIS and process order activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and factory teams for cost optimization
- Scrutinize estimates issued by the sales team and control budgets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- CMA / ICWA (Inter) qualified or semi-qualified
- Experience in project-based manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel
- Experience in inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) and factory-level costing
Pay: ₹55,000.00 per month
