Job Overview
Apka Business Promoter is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in handling leads and coordinating with the sales team. This role involves interacting with potential clients, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with provided leads to explain services and generate interest
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team for lead conversion and updates
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Update and manage data in CRM systems
- Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience in CRM handling is required
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
