Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR Recruiter – Team Leader with experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, leading a small team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely closures for various positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients
- Regularly communicate and follow up with clients regarding requirements and closures
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure quality hiring within deadlines
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in recruitment and staffing consultancy
- Good sourcing and screening skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Confident personality with leadership abilities
- Team handling and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment/staffing consultancy
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from staffing/recruitment consultancy background will be preferred
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
