Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Freelance Trainer who can deliver engaging training sessions on wellness, Ayurveda, lifestyle management, and health programs. The trainer will be responsible for educating internal teams, clients, or partners on Goodveda’s products, services, and holistic health approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions offline on Ayurveda, nutrition, and lifestyle management
- Train sales teams, health coaches, and counselors on product knowledge and wellness programs
- Design and deliver structured training modules, presentations, and workshops
- Educate participants on Goodveda’s health programs, including diabetes and weight management solutions
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Ayurveda, nutrition, and wellness
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Ayurveda, nutrition, or holistic wellness
- Experience in training, coaching, or conducting workshops (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex health concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification or background in Ayurveda, nutrition, fitness, or healthcare (preferred)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience
- 2 –5 years in training, wellness coaching, or healthcare domain
- Experience in Ayurvedic or health-based organizations is a plus
Compensation
- Per session / hourly / project-based (as per agreement)
