Required Skills
- Assemble CNC, VMC, and HMC machines as per assembly drawings.
- Fit and align machine components such as beds, columns, saddles, tables, spindles, ball screws, linear guideways, and tool changers.
- Install hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and cooling systems.
- Perform precision alignment and leveling of machine components.
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments during assembly.
- Conduct trial runs and identify assembly-related issues.
- Rectify defects and ensure machines meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design, Electrical, and Service departments during assembly.
- Maintain assembly records and follow safety procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
