Job Summary:
we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our data-to-day administration and operation tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling data management, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company records databases, and documentation
- Handle data entry verification and reporting tasks
- Prepare reposts, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Manage emails, calls and official communication
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Support management in administrative duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good knowledge of MS Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good Communication
