Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Product & Technology Consulting to drive end-to-end problem solving for our clients. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen and technical thinking to translate complex challenges into scalable product and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze complex business problems, and translate them into actionable product and technology solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to define problem statements and solution approaches.
- Design scalable, feasible solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Drive product adoption, customer success, and measurable business outcomes across engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing key decisions and long-term strategy.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation through structured thinking.
- Own client communication, solutioning, and delivery alignment end-to-end.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving ability with a first-principles thinking approach.
- Proven experience in product consulting, digital transformation, or solutioning roles.
- Ability to think both strategically and technically.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to drive execution and deliver tangible outcomes.
- Experience from leading consulting or product-led organizations (e.g., ThoughtWorks, Deloitte, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.) is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
