Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are efficient and effective, while also participating in code reviews and providing mentorship to junior team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 20+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WMS Cloud implementations and support.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and supply chain best practices.
- Experience with integration frameworks and middleware for connecting Oracle WMS Cloud with ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Strong experience in solution architecture, business process design, and system configuration.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage client stakeholders.
- Experience working in global delivery models and complex enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
