This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture, project governance, and stakeholder management, requiring someone who can speak fluently with both GCP Architects and business stakeholders while driving projects to on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical project leader who understands cloud architecture well enough to challenge and shape solutions, while also being a master of project governance, risk management, and customer relationship building.

Translate customer business requirements into high-level technical solution narratives in collaboration with GCP Architects.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, internal delivery teams, GCP Architects, and executive sponsors.
Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design reviews.

Provide regular status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive-level communication.
Project Execution & Delivery: Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for GCP engagements using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
Define project scope, work breakdown structures, resource plans, budgets, and delivery milestones.
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Track and report on project financials (budget vs. actuals), resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.
Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and governance standards are met throughout delivery.

Lead technical solutioning discussions, ensuring architectural decisions align with project scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Facilitate architecture review boards, design walkthroughs, and technical decision logs.
Ensure technical designs are translated into actionable, sequenced project plans.
Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management: Own the overall customer experience for assigned engagements, driving high CSAT/NPS outcomes.
Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks before they impact customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews and gather feedback to identify opportunities for account growth.
Act as an escalation point for critical delivery issues, ensuring swift resolution and transparent communication.
Contribution to GCP Project Management Practice: Contribute to the build-out of internal GCP delivery methodologies, templates, playbooks, and best practices.
Mentor and coach junior project managers and delivery leads on GCP-specific delivery nuances.
Support capability-building initiatives such as internal training, accelerators, and reusable delivery assets.
Stay current on GCP product roadmap, tooling, and industry trends to continuously improve delivery practices.
