Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join the Insurance team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and experience in customer service, insurance operations, telesales, or related domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy information, renewals, claims, and service requests.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions through calls, emails, or chat support.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation management.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of customer interactions.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Customer Service, Insurance, BFSI, BPO, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Insurance or BFSI domain.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
- Strong listening and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
