- Develop and execute sales strategies for Holidays and MICE products/services
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability\
- Preferred candidate profile
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
- Experienced Sales Manager skilled in sales, Lead generation & closing deals. Strong networking & communication abilities. Proven track record in driving business growth.
- Proven track record of Travel sales success, with experience in managing sales teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Familiarity with Holidays and MICE products/services a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
