Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and child-friendly PRT English Teacher to handle Primary Grades (I–V). The candidate should have strong communication skills, phonics knowledge, and the ability to create an engaging and activity-based learning environment aligned with Matric, CBSE, and International curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English for Grades I–V
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Teach phonics, grammar, vocabulary, and basic composition
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities
- Use storytelling, rhymes, role-play, and interactive methods
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain progress records
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial support
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Participate in PTMs, school events, and academic planning
- Integrate digital tools and smart boards in teaching
Qualification & Experience
- B.A. / M.A. in English
- B.Ed. (Preferred for CBSE)
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in primary grades
- Strong spoken English communication skills
