Job Summary:
The Stores Executive is responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and issuing materials in accordance with company procedures. The role ensures accurate documentation such as DCs, GRNs, stock registers, and supports smooth material flow for production and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
▪Receive and verify incoming materials as per delivery challans (DC) and purchase order (PO).
▪Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update stock entries in ERP/system.
▪Check quantity, specifications, and condition of received goods.
▪Issue materials to production based on requisitions.
▪Maintain stock records, conduct periodic inventory checks.
▪Prepare dispatch DCs and coordinate with logistics.
▪Work closely with Purchase, Production, and Quality teams.
