Triplet International is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, promoting travel packages, study abroad services, visa assistance, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information about tour packages, study abroad opportunities, visa services, and travel-related products.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and admissions through effective communication.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding travel plans, documentation, and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills
