We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and configure Windows 10/11, drivers, and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.
- Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
- Install antivirus, security patches, and Windows updates.
- Handle IT support tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
- Perform preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Ensure excellent customer support and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or IT Support Engineer.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
