Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to find talent.
- Screen Resumes: Review applications to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications and culture fit.
- Coordinate Logistics: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain ATS: Keep the Applicant Tracking System updated with accurate candidate data.
- Build Pipelines: Maintain a steady pool of passive candidates for future openings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ months of active experience in recruitment or sourcing.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with any ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to handle multiple interview schedules simultaneously.
- Drive: High energy, resilience, and a desire to grow a career in HR/Recruitment.
