Job Description
PlatinumOne Business Services Limited is hiring Customer Service Executives for our Inbound Voice Process. We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Update customer interaction details in the system.
- Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Inbound Customer Service process.
- The entire 1 year of experience should be with the same organization.
- Employment gap should not exceed 3 months.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused attitude with basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
- Take-home Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).
- CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹2.6 LPA.
- 6 days working.
- Fixed Sunday Off.
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
