Duties & Responsibilities
- Triage issues across different areas of the organization and manage ServiceNow Tasks.
- Manage production infrastructure and provide SME support to teams outside IT.
- Support automation of web application deployments.
- Follow defined escalation paths and SLAs for effective issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and maintain software applications and investigate complex technical issues.
- Work collaboratively to achieve departmental goals while managing multiple priorities.
- Full-time weekend work is required; weekend working is mandatory.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong technical aptitude in modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) .
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL/database administration concepts .
- Experience creating or maintaining PowerShell scripts and other automation tools is preferred
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containerized environments, and automation technologies is a plus .
- Experience with GitHub Actions is an added advantage.
- AWS exposure is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and customer environments.
- Strong organizational, customer-service, and issue-resolution skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a collaborative team environment.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated knowledge and success.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
