Partnership Development & Outreach
· Proactively identify, research, and reach out to companies hiring for roles aligned with SkilloVilla's certification programs.
· Pitch SkilloVilla's value proposition to hiring managers, HR leads, and senior stakeholders — showcasing the quality and readiness of our talent pool.
· Onboard new hiring partners and build strong, long-term relationships with their recruitment and talent acquisition teams.
· Develop a robust outreach strategy using tools like LinkedIn, Lusha, email campaigns, and cold calls to maximise the hiring partner pipeline.
· Deliver compelling presentations and demos to potential corporate clients to generate new business and partnership opportunities.
· Explore and manage organic channels — including college partnerships and institutional tie-ups — to further expand placement avenues.
Placement Coordination & Student Support
· Act as the primary coordinator between hiring partners and students — ensuring the right candidates are matched to the right opportunities.
· Connect with students to inform them of available roles, take opt-ins, and guide them through the application and interview process.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and ensure all parties are aligned at every step.
· Close the feedback loop post-interviews — gather inputs from hiring partners and relay actionable feedback to students to strengthen future performance.
· Handle student queries related to placements with empathy, clarity, and a solution-first approach.
· Support students in interview preparation, providing guidance and resources to improve placement success rates.
Reporting, Tracking & Stakeholder Collaboration
· Maintain a detailed and up-to-date tracker of student applications, interview statuses, and placement outcomes using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
· Track and report on a targeted weekly and monthly placement benchmark plan, taking ownership of pipeline accuracy and timely follow-ups.
· Provide regular updates and market intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategy and drive new initiatives.
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders — including product, operations, and student success teams — to ensure a cohesive placement experience.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
