Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Lawyer to join us. The candidate will provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, represent the organization in legal matters, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, specially matters related to corporate and civil.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
- Provide legal opinions and guidance on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or LLM
- Valid license to practice law.
- Experience in corporate/commercial/litigation law.
- Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
- 4-7 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters.
Compensation
- Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
