About the Role
Shreenathji Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Turbine Operator to join its Utility Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining steam turbine systems and associated utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted power generation and efficient plant operations.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in turbine operations, utility management, equipment monitoring and safety compliance within a manufacturing or process industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor steam turbine systems and associated utility equipment.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of turbines as per standard operating procedures.
- Monitor turbine parameters including pressure, temperature, vacuum, vibration and load conditions.
- Maintain operating logs, shift reports and equipment records.
- Coordinate with Boiler Operators, Maintenance Team and Production Department for smooth utility operations.
- Identify operational abnormalities and report deviations immediately to the concerned authority.
- Perform routine inspections of turbines, pumps, valves and auxiliary equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards and Company policies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the utility area.
- Support preventive maintenance and shutdown activities as required.
Required Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Power Plant Engineering (Preferred)
- Any relevant technical qualification related to turbine operations
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Turbine Operations, Utility Operations or Power Plant Operations.
- Experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Manufacturing or Process Industries preferred.
- Knowledge of steam turbine operation, utility systems and equipment monitoring.
