About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, a working knowledge of statutory compliance processes, and strong proficiency in MS Office tools. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy
- Assist in PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) processes — registrations, monthly filings, and employee queries
- Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and dashboards using MS Excel
- Draft HR letters, policies, and communications using MS Word
- Create presentations for HR reviews and management reports using MS PowerPoint
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team
- Assist in recruitment activities — job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Handle employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture
- Ensure timely compliance with HR-related statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 2 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR role
- Working knowledge of PF and ESI processes
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Data-driven mindset — ability to analyze HR metrics and present actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
