Job Summary
The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and clerical operations of the hospital. The role includes handling patient records, coordinating appointments, managing communication, and assisting hospital staff to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain patient records, files, and documentation
- Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Perform data entry and prepare reports
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office area
Requirements
- Higher Secondary / Degree qualification (DHA)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a hospital environment
- Previous office or hospital experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
