Key Responsibilities
Continental Chef Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food presentation, taste, and portion control meet company expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
Chat Master / Guest Relations Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive dining atmosphere.
- Engage with customers professionally and respond to inquiries about menu items.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Promote daily specials and recommend dishes based on customer preferences.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Experience as a Continental Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and food preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
