Position Overview
The Company Secretary Trainee will support the Secretarial in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA (where applicable), and other corporate laws. The trainee will gain practical exposure to corporate governance, board processes, statutory filings, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws and regulations.
- Assist in organizing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings.
- Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings.
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers, minutes books and corporate records.
- Prepare and file ROC forms and ensure timely statutory filings.
- Support FEMA and RBI reporting, including ODI/FDI compliances, where applicable.
- Assist in drafting corporate documents, declarations and secretarial reports.
- Track statutory compliance calendars and follow up with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI and allied laws.
- Support the secretarial and legal team in daily compliance-related tasks
- Support due diligence, corporate restructuring and other secretarial assignments as required.
- Liaise with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other statutory authorities as needed.

Eligibility:
- Must have completed the CS Executive Programme
- Pursuing LLB will be an additional advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
