We are looking for a result-oriented and growth-focused Manager – Business Development / Growth who can drive new client acquisition, build strategic relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new client acquisition across Executive Search, Permanent Hiring, RPO, and Staffing services.
- Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise and mid-market opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Engage with CXOs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders to understand their hiring challenges and propose customized recruitment solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, client meetings, presentations, proposal creation, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Prepare customized proposals, capability presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and exceptional client experience.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hiring demands to develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, MIS reports, and revenue projections.
- Represent CSO HR Services at industry events, networking forums, and business conferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within Executive Search, Recruitment Consulting, Staffing, RPO, IT Staffing, or HR Services.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong network with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Startup Founders, GCCs, or Corporate Decision Makers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment outsourcing, executive search, staffing, and workforce solutions.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
