ZEON Charging is one of South India's leading Charge Point Operators (CPO), dedicated to building reliable EV charging infrastructure and accelerating the adoption of electric mobility across India.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Infrastructure Development Engineers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) graduates who are passionate about infrastructure development, project execution, and the EV industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys for proposed EV charging station locations and collect technical data required for project planning.
- Assist in planning and developing EV charging infrastructure from concept through commissioning.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, and infrastructure works required for setting up EV charging stations.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams throughout project execution.
- Monitor civil works, electrical installations, foundation works, trenching, cable laying, and other infrastructure activities.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of EV chargers and associated electrical equipment.
- Coordinate the installation of canopies, signage, lighting, parking markings, and other charging station infrastructure.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Track project progress and maintain site reports, work schedules, photographs, and project documentation.
- Verify material deliveries, monitor inventory at project sites, and report shortages or delays.
- Assist in obtaining site readiness and coordinate with utility authorities whenever required.
- Identify project risks, site challenges, and execution issues, and escalate them to the reporting manager for timely resolution.
- Ensure projects are completed within planned timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Travel to project sites across assigned regions whenever required.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in electrical infrastructure, power systems, renewable energy, or EV charging will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical drawings and site execution is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project execution.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu (Extensive Travel Required)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
