The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and company culture. The role requires ensuring that every employee maintains the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, ethics, and customer service expected in a premium jewellery showroom.

- Check attendance before store opening.
- Verify staffing levels across departments.
