Balaji Rowt Private Limited is a Guwahati-based company working across two business lines — CGWA groundwater compliance services (water meters, piezometers, audits) and PDW packaged drinking water products (preforms, caps, shrink film, jars). We're a growing team looking for someone to own our digital presence across both.
About the Role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media, marketplace listings, email campaigns, and lead handling across both business lines. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role based full-time out of our Guwahati office — not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and our website/blog
Maintain and update product listings on IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify
Run email marketing campaigns for our compliance and product lines
Check and respond to leads across all platforms daily, and route them to the correct sales team
Reply to customer reviews and manage our online reputation
Shoot and coordinate short videos — site visits, product intros, team updates
Build and maintain our CRM and customer/prospect database
Track and report on weekly performance — leads, content, campaigns
Requirements
Graduate in any stream; a certification or coursework in digital marketing is a plus
Comfortable with social media platforms, basic content tools (Canva or similar), and learning new software
Good communication skills — written and spoken
Organized, able to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines
Based in or willing to relocate to Guwahati; must be able to work from the office daily
