About the Role
Travel Luxis is looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers who want to build a career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and travel partners regarding travel requirements.
- Understand basic travel queries and assist the senior team.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Share required information, itineraries and updates with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth query handling.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Learn about Thailand destinations, hotels, tours, transfers and travel services.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
Who Can Apply?

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with good communication skills.
- Candidates who are confident and comfortable speaking with people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a genuine interest in the travel and tourism industry are preferred.
