Your Role: Visual Designer
Help us cut through the complexity.Observability is extremely valuable. Unfortunately, its value is often hard to see.We catch failures before customers do. We connect infrastructure signals to business outcomes. We do things that take competitors years to replicate. But none of that lands unless someone can show it. And that is where you come in.
We are looking for a Visual Designer who thinks less like a brand custodian and more like a product experience designer.Someone who can take a complex platform capability, a real customer use case, and turn it into something that is immediately understood, visually compelling, and genuinely hard to forget.
What This Role Is Really About
We want you to look beyond just executing the brief. Think of yourself as a translator for our customers and prospects - allowing them to visualise the benefits instead of words.
Brand consistency and marketing collaterals matter. But we want you to think broader

Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Own
1. Product Visual Storytelling — Primary
Translate platform capabilities, use cases, and customer journeys into visual narratives that create immediate clarity and lasting recall
Design product capability maps, feature explainers, journey visualisations, and "how it works" flows that feel intuitive and not dense and technical.
Build a visual vocabulary around company's core concepts (Business Journey Observability, AI-driven diagnostics, transaction intelligence) that anyone can use to explain what we do
Work closely with product and pre-sales teams to visualise demos, proofs-of-concept, and customer scenarios with the same care a B2C designer brings to user experience
2. Infographics, Presentations & Visual Narratives
Design high-impact infographics that make platform capabilities, product metrics, and customer outcomes immediately understandable
Build presentation frameworks and master deck templates for sales, analyst briefings, investor conversations, and executive storytelling , not just slides, but a visual system others can use
Create product walkthrough visuals, capability maps, and annotated screenshot narratives that guide a prospect through what the product does without needing a live demo
Design data visualisation assets, turning platform metrics, transaction volumes, and customer impact numbers into visuals that land immediately.
Basic motion or animation skills (simple transitions, animated infographics) are a plus
3. Event & Field Marketing Design
Conceptualise and execute the full visual experience at industry events and conferences — booth graphics, backdrops, standees, display panels, and signage that stop people and help take notice.
Design giveaway assets and branded merchandise that people actually keep ,not generic swag, but objects that carry a product story or a memorable visual idea
Create on-ground collateral: brochures, one-pagers, demo leave-behinds, and printed materials designed with care for a sophisticated enterprise buyer
Ensure the booth experience and product storytelling are continuous , someone who stops at the booth should feel the same narrative as someone who visits the website
4. AI-Augmented Design
Use AI tools actively to accelerate production, explore visual directions, and improve output quality
Integrate GenAI into your workflow for ideation, asset generation, video enhancement, and rapid iteration
5. Design Systems & Collaboration
Maintain and evolve brand and design guidelines as a foundation
Establish scalable design systems that let the wider team produce consistent, high-quality assets independently
Collaborate with marketing, product, pre-sales, and leadership with a bias for speed and clarity
Mandatory Skills
3–5 years in visual design, with meaningful work in product marketing design, product storytelling, or experience design ,ideally inside a SaaS, developer tools, or technology product company
A portfolio that leads with product narrative work , capability explainers, feature visualisations, use case stories
Strong in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; confident in motion and video (After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
You think beyond aesthetics. You think about recall. You design things people remember and reference
You can hold the tension between visual appeal and information clarity , and know when each should win
Comfortable working with ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and fast-moving priorities
Familiarity with observability, data platforms, fintech, or B2B SaaS is an added advantage
On AI Tools: Active working knowledge of GenAI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Figma AI, or similar) is expected.
Why This Role Is Different
Most B2B design roles ask you to execute. We are asking something different. We are asking you to interpret technically rich content into a visual language.
