Job Summary
The Tamil Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling customer calls in Tamil, addressing queries, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Tamil.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during customer interactions.
- Update customer information and interaction details in the system.
- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and process requirements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
- Required Skills
- Fluent spoken Tamil.
Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Work Environment
- Domestic Voice Process.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
